Managed Services
- As a UX Designer on the Managed Services team, I collaborated closely with the lead product owner to identify and explore opportunities by leading discovery phases, which included stakeholder interviews to understand their needs. I was responsible for delivering project scope and budget estimates, aiding teams in building strong business cases for executive approval. Utilizing our internal design system, I provided high-fi delity solutions that aligned with each team's strategic goals. Additionally, I maintained existing products and worked with product owners to implement new features based on stakeholder feedback.
ServiceNow
- In my role on the ServiceNow team, I played a key part in the Nordic Consolidation project, which involved merging the ServiceNow instances used in Norway and Sweden into a unifi ed system. My primary responsibilities included engaging with various teams to understand and map their workfl ows, providing a comprehensive view of their current system usage. This process allowed us to identify potential improvements for the migration to the new platform. I led process mapping workshops and collaborated closely with ServiceNow architects to defi ne the requirements and scope for the consolidated system, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced workfl ow automation for both countries.
KAR Global - Product Designer

- Design a comparison tool that would allow buyers to view pertinent information of multiple vehicles side by side, in order to help them make amore informed purchasing decision.
- Work closely with Product Owners to identify opportunities for improvements in the product experience.
- Work with our private label clients to deliver features & capabilities that met the needs of their own respective brands
ADESA
- Facilitated the discovery phase of an initiative to modernize the bidding & buying experience on Adesa.com. Conducted workshops to align on the understanding of the problem space and goals and requirements from various cross functional teams, and to identify and prioritize any unknown or low level confidence areas that would need further investigation.

Simple Studio (Web)
- Worked with the lead designer to develop the interface for “Simple Studio”. A platform that enables financial institutions to design and deliver targeted customer experiences within minutes, using proprietary and 3rd party data.
- Helped to perform on site usability testing with customers in order to garner feedback about the “Simple Studio” product and inform future iterations. Assisted in building out the prototype as well as testing protocol.
Concierge (Mobile)
- Concierge is a white label solution that allows financial institutions to quickly integrate an enriched contextual experience into their existing technologies. I assisted in designing an out of the box interface that could be customized to meet any customer's branding with minimal dev effort. This included working with developers to understand the customization capabilities for both iOS and Android, as well as defining the parameters of customization for the out of box interface.
Rakuten Kobo

- Collaborated with the store performance team to identify gaps and pain points in the shopping experience for Kobo.com, and conceptualize a/b tests to help solve those issues in order to improve the customer journey
- Led the redesign of Kobo’s authentication page, which serves as the main entry point for users to be able to make purchases on Kobo.com.
- Responsible for executing on a partner initiative with a large European telco, in order to introduce the audiobooks product to the European market.
Kobo books app
- Worked on CarPlay integration for the iOS app, as well as in app messaging promoting the new feature.
- Collaborated with partners to create a co-branded white label solution for the Kobo app.
- Created a refreshed landing screen for unauthenticated users in order to make the sign up/sign in flows smoother.
